Hello! I lead the research activities at LAP. I received MSc and PhD degrees at the Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences, Nagoya University under the supervision of Prof. Jun Murase. I am an editorial board member at Soil Ecology Letters and Soil Science and Plant Nutrition.
My research focuses on microbial ecology, particularly the trophic interactions between protists, bacteria, and plant-associated microbiomes. By integrating molecular, ecological, and analytical approaches, I aim to uncover how microbial communities are structured and function in various ecosystems.
